I think this is the 1st yr I actually was not in SG for my birthday =x
Was away at Taiwan from the 14th - 20th. Basically Taiwan is very fun minus away the fact that most of my time was spent sleeping in the mini coach lols. But overall I really did enjoy myself and the best fact of this trip was I have made a new friend =)
Our tour group is very small. Consist of only my family and another family. Total 5 members lol very small sia haha. The other family is the mother and the going-to-be-botak-and-serve-the-country-boy. Only get to know the guy more during the last few days of the trip or should I say only because of shopping lol then we started talking to each other more and keep each other company on the coach.
The pace of life in Taiwan is slower compared to SG. People there are so guai in the sense that their govt ask them not to litter and seldom provide bins and u don't get to see much litters around, they really queue up waiting for their MRT and I meant they really queue by following the yellow queue line drawn, when the MRT is closing and starts beeping you also don't see their ppl rushing in or running in. When on escalators, practically everyone stands on the right side of the escalators which had the footprints on it, you seldom see ppl standing on the left side which is meant for ppl who are in a hurry. They got those rubbish trucks which only have 2 collection time slots in a day. When the trucks are coming, they will play some music which reminds me of la bi xiao xing cartoon. And I really admire them, they even sort out their trash by bio-degradable, food waste, paper, plastic etc etc.
As Taiwan is very big, we spend most of our time travelling from 1 place to another on our mini coach. From 1 place to another, we took min of 1hr+ to the longest of 6hrs !!! My butt hurts like hell lol.
As I cannot rem the places I went to in sequence so I will anyhow blog whatever that comes to my mind lol. Most of the pics posted are taken from KokKhuen xiaojie lol. He is called xiaojie as he is always the last to arrive in the morning. Oh ya forget to mentioned that my tour guide is call Xiao Yu aka little fish and the driver is Xiao Ma aka little horse and Xiao Ma's gf is called Yan Zi. So cute sia their names all got to do with animals.
During the longest drive of 6hrs, I did something that I have never ever done in my life before.. and that is.. I actually wee wee in public !! loLs. We are travelling taipei I think and we need to travel around mountains. We reach the highest point of this expressway and our tour guide made a pit stop for us to walk around, stretch our legs and go to the washroom. But the surprise part is there is no washroom around !! loLs. There are some make shift stores using van as the store duno u all get what I meant mah lol and the sellers say 大自然就是厕所阿 ! loLs. So me, my mama and the aunty we really went to hide behind some bushes and wee =x Of coz we did it away from each other and from the sight of anyone out there. Unless... xiaojie who was climbing some rocks saw us =x *I just remember that he was climbing some rocks to see what is high up above.. I hope he did not see my butt zzz*

Was very angry with the hot spring tub. Ask Xiao Yu how to use it he anyhow teach me machiam like he pro. End up after 30mins then I realised all the while I am soaking in normal water and not hot spring !!! after asking mama n xiaojie what theirs is like zzz PENGZ LOR~
