I am Truely , Deeply & Madly in Love with You

For the past 5-6years, I used to have this nightmare of my teeth dropping out in the middle of the night when I am asleep and I will accidentally swallow it. Ytd, my ~~dream~~ nightmare really came true ! I suddenly woke up in the middle of the night due to my bad headache caused by my dad's irritating nagging and found a piece of my chipped tooth in my mouth !! OMFG ok !! Heng I never swallow it =x

And since I am on mc due to the headache, I went to see my dentist. He say it is not very possible that my teeth will chipped after 5 years -.-" most prob must be I grind my teeth when I sleep. But that is not possible right? I mean people who sleep on the same bed with me before knows that I dun have the habit of grinding teeth. Then he says my face is more round which I told him I got fatter and fatter thats why my face is rounder and rounder. But he say it is because I clench and grind my teeth which strengthen my check mucsles thats why I got rounder ??

He also say there is a possibility that I do not have the habit of grinding but due to stress. Which could be true as when you are stress, or angry, you will tending to clench. He mentioned that clench / grinding in my sleep makes me tired and not having enough sleep which leads to me having my panda eyes =x

So bobian, the only way to prevent it is to wear a teeth guard which is some kind of plastic stuff that you wear over your teeth =x Govt dentist charge like $700+? He normally charge $500 but because his wife is my mom's friend so he got to charge me cheaper.. $200 haiz.. so bobian lor got to make a teeth guard *which I happen to go back to him for cleaning / polishing of teeth today and is READY ALREADY !!* so I am wearing it now =x and I nearly choke on my saliva and vomitted for a few times alreay while typing this -.-" *faint*

It feels damn uncomfortable and makes the mouth generate more saliva. He say for the 1st few days might not be able to sleep and after that should be fine. And not to be surprise if I saw a singapore map on my pillow meaning drools =x But there is one thing that he says which makes me happy that is within a month, I should feel less tension at my checks area so I should not be so rounded and my panda eyes will get better and I will wake up feeling more fresh ^^

Hope what he say is true ba haha and seems like this teeth guard last like 1-2years nia then will spoil le =x OMFG pls dun...
